2. Student Information – for all the information related to the student like student profile, student
admission, student history
3. Fees Collection – for all the details related to student fees collection, fees master creation, fees dues, fee
types, fee groups, print fees report, fee discount, printing next term bills, advance payment, print fee
reminders, (Including MOMO Payment Modes and SMS Integration) which gives notification to parents
through sms, email and mobile app after fee payments, fee reminders to those owing only, sending of
next term bill through SMS to parents, announcements to parents etc. etc.
4. Income – for all the income other than fee collection can be managed here like add income, search
income, income head
5. Expenses – for all the expenses related to school can be managed here like add expenses, search
expenses, expense head
6. Attendance – for managing student attendance (supports biometric attendance system as well) and
attendance report
7. Examinations – for managing all the exams including end of term exams, mock exams and aptitude test
conducted by the school by creating the exam, scheduling exam, exam results, exam marks entry, grades
and remarks.
8. Online Examinations – for managing online exams conducted by the school
9. Lesson Plan – for managing subject status and lesson plan
10. Academics – for managing all the parameters/master data required to run a school like classes, sections,
subjects, assign teachers, class timetable, promoting students to upper class, teachers’ assessment
reports etc.
11. Human Resource – for all the information related to staff members can be managed here like staff search,
profile, attendance, payroll, leaves, payroll templates and assignment, etc.
12. Communicate – it works like a notice board basically a messaging system for communication to students,
parents/guardians, and teachers (Including SMS Integration) which gives notification to parents after fee
payments, fee reminders, sending of next term bill through SMS to parents, announcements to parents
etc. Moreover, Fee Reminders, Next Term Bill, Student End of Term Report can be sent to
parents/guardians through EMAILS as well; parents receive a notification through email after making fee
payment as well and this is a good initiative to keep parents or guardians who are not in the country to
know the areas of concern of their ward(s). Students and Staff Birthday wishes etc.
13. Download Center – for managing downloadable documents like assignments, study material, syllabus, and
other documents needed to distribute to students and teachers. Also serve as an archive system for
students, parents, staff, and administrator. Sharing of files between users and staffs as well.
14. Homework – teachers can give homework here and further evaluate them
15. Library – books in your library can be managed here
16. SBA – manage SBA of students here.
17. Inventory – manage all the inventory products like books, uniforms etc of your school with stocks and
store under the inventory module, take records on sales for students, take into account your suppliers,
and have an integrated payment system for suppliers based on sales of their products; there’s sales
invoice generated on each sale and reports on stocks, sales, etc.

19. Healthcare – manage your school sickbay facility records here on students and staff.
